This Privacy Policy explains how Aetheris Solutions S.r.l.(“Aetheris Consulting”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data through aetheris.consulting. We act as data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, company and message you provide. When you browse the site we may process technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and usage data through privacy-respecting analytics.
2. Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request (contract / pre-contract).
- To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Email and spam protection
Contact-form messages are delivered via our email provider (Resend). We use a honeypot and, where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse; this involves processing by Google under its own terms.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@aetheris.consulting. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
